We received an inquiry from our customer, Company S, which produces herbicides and pesticides, stating, "Due to handling toxic products, we ensure that protective gear such as gas masks and gloves are worn during filter cloth replacement and cleaning. However, there is a high risk to the field operators. The characteristics of the product cause the filter cloth to clog easily, necessitating regular replacements, and we want to improve the situation where operators are exposed to danger from toxic products." In response, we proposed an electronic beam screen (metal filter) that eliminates the need for filter cloth replacement, and they adopted it. As a result of using our machine equipped with the electronic beam screen, the need for filter cloth replacement was eliminated, reducing the risk of poisoning for operators.
