Ameloid is a specialized manufacturer of liquid purification equipment, established in 1959. To meet a wide range of liquid processing needs, we have continuously developed and improved liquid purification technologies, refining various methods such as deep filtration, centrifugal separation, air drying, and vacuum distillation. We offer over 60 types of top-quality products specifically designed for liquid purification, including filters, centrifuges, oil-water separators, wastewater treatment systems, and chip dewatering systems, and we propose the optimal processing system based on the properties of the target liquid and the customer's application. In addition, we provide a variety of support plans, including trial plans, rental plans, and maintenance plans, to address concerns before implementation and support operations after installation. We are engaged in the development, manufacturing, and sales of the following products. ■ Filters Surface filtration, depth filtration, backwashing filtration, adsorption filtration ■ Centrifuges Low-speed type (1,000 RPM), medium-speed type (4,000 RPM), high-speed type (10,000 RPM) ■ Oil-water separators Centrifugal type, dry type, coalescing type, adsorption type, separation tank type ■ Wastewater treatment equipment Reduced pressure distillation, dehydration drying, centrifugal separation, filter type ■ Chip dehydration systems Centrifugal dehydration type ■ Coolant vacuum cleaners Centrifugal type, bucket type We also offer the following plans and services. ■ Rental plan We will rent out the actual equipment according to the customer's desired period. ■ Maintenance contract plan We promise stable operation with extensive support from the manufacturer even after the equipment is introduced. ■ Remote monitoring service Using various sensors, the condition of the equipment and the customer's facilities can be checked numerically on a terminal. We will build a system that meets the customer's needs, monitoring in real-time remotely 24/7, creating trend graphs, and sending alert emails based on thresholds.
