The "Tensile/Compression Module" is a compact tensile and compression testing machine for microscopic observation, capable of controlling forces up to 5000N at speeds of 0.1 to 20μm/sec. Various functions can be added, such as compression tests, bending tests, and heating/cooling of samples, and it is also compatible with EBSP analysis.
