The "NAPI-816 series" is a gasket that uses zero-asbestos board with a heat resistance of 1000°C for the internal material and heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant stainless steel (SUS316L) for the external material. Additionally, we can manufacture products that exceed the heat and corrosion resistance limits of conventional gaskets using materials such as nickel-based super alloys (NAPI-1200) and titanium (NAPI-800TI). We also offer the "NAPI-900/1200 series." At Daiko, we conduct test processing using one of Japan's largest water jets (processing range 4000W x 5800L). Various industrial products such as gaskets and packing (non-asbestos joint sheets, rubber, sponge, and resin) can be processed. "Features of Water Jet" 1. No thermal impact... Since tools like blades and drills do not touch the material, there is no heat generation. 2. Processing range... The processing range of 4000W x 5800L is one of the largest in the country. 3. No molds required... Unlike press processing, which requires molds and dies, water jet processing uses high-pressure water, so molds are not necessary. 4. Small lots... Since molds are not required, we can accommodate small lots without incurring high costs. "Water Jet Processing is Recommended for Those Who" 1. Cannot find processing services for large-diameter materials. 2. Want to test process using new materials. 3. Are troubled by changes or discoloration due to heat generation during processing. Although it is a simple process to shape it into a donut, we cannot achieve a clean finish with a die cutter due to insufficient blade height. However, with a water jet, the processing surface can be finished vertically, eliminating the taper on the cross-section caused by die cutting.

Although it has a thickness of 60T, we were able to process it using a water jet. We processed four sheets of material measuring 1000W x 2000L, which fit efficiently on the processing table, resulting in minimal material loss and allowing for quick processing.
