[Product Example] Pipe Joining Processless
We have a track record of iron pipes with a diameter of 8.0 to 18.0 mm! We have achieved improved productivity by reducing work processes.
To connect Φ8.0 pipes in a T-shape, we drilled holes and split the pipes near the T to remove the drilling debris. After removing the debris, we welded them together in an I-shape. By developing a new drilling method that discharges the debris outward, we achieved cost reduction through a decrease in the number of pipe components and welding points, improved quality by reducing foreign matter inside the pipes, and increased productivity by reducing the work processes. 【Case Summary】 ■ Cost Reduction - Number of pipe components: 3 → 2 - Number of welding points: 4 → 3 - Price: Processing cost down by 22% ■ Quality Improvement - Rate of foreign matter inside pipes: 20% → 0% *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
