Rubber product "Compression"

Addressing raw rubber that is difficult to flow into molds! A processing technology that excels in cost-effectiveness.

"Compression" is a processing method using molds that is mainstream in rubber molding and relatively economical. Direct pressure injection molding is a molding method used when it is difficult for raw rubber to flow into the mold. The upper part of the mold has a piston shape, and raw rubber is forcibly injected and molded. We will respond by utilizing cutting-edge processing technology from a selection of rubber with a wide range of characteristics. [Features] ■ Excellent economy ■ Optimal for cases where flow into the mold is difficult *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

[Research and Development Case] Rubber × Resin Cross-linked Composite Material 'Rajikarokku'

Adopted by a major shoe manufacturer! Supporting rubber product development with extensive experience and specialized equipment!

We would like to introduce a research and development case of the rubber-resin cross-linked composite material 'Radicalock(R)', which was adopted for the development of the composite film for shoe soles "R-COMPO" handled by Daicel Evonik Co., Ltd. Rubber has excellent performance and functionality as a material for shoe soles, such as grip and abrasion resistance; however, a drawback of conventional technology is that rubber shoe soles tend to be heavy. To address this, we achieved a lightweight and high-performance rubber shoe sole by applying minimal rubber in a studded pattern on a thin and light resin film. The use of transparent resin has also increased the design freedom for shoe soles. In addition, we have other cases of independent research and development. [Research and Development Cases] ■ Inter-company collaborative development ■ Independent research and development *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Illustrated] Encyclopedia of How to Make Rubber ★ Free Rubber Reference Materials Available ★

I don't really understand rubber... Is making rubber the same as making bread!? Starting today, you too can be a "rubber-making master." A comprehensive guide to making rubber is now available.

"Rubber has good grip and elasticity, which is great, but compared to a similar material like 'resin,' it's a bit more expensive..." That's because there is a significant difference in the "method of production." Making rubber, in a nutshell, is similar to "making bread"! Resin is a "thermoplastic" that hardens when cooled, allowing for quick molding, but rubber is a "thermosetting" material that, like bread, requires baking, which takes more effort. Just like with bread, there are many similarities, such as kneading and aging... Additionally, one of the characteristics of rubber is that you can design the formulation according to the desired properties and freely manipulate the final outcome of the rubber. Currently, our company is offering a free resource that explains rubber production by comparing it to bread making, titled "The Great Encyclopedia of Rubber Making." We support your manufacturing endeavors! ★ You can download "The Great Encyclopedia of Rubber Making" from the link below. Understand how to make rubber and apply it to your everyday manufacturing!
