Case study on the efficiency improvement of the high-performance elastomer seal development process using AI predictions.

To maximize the performance of the elastomer seal at high temperatures, I want to minimize the compression set while maintaining elongation at the breaking point.

We would like to introduce a case study of a customer in the elastomer seal product industry who has implemented "Polymerize." 【Customer Company Overview】 ■ Number of Employees: 100-1000 ■ Main Products: Seal Manufacturing (Elastomers) ■ Location: Japan, USA 【Challenges】 In recent years, there has been a strong trend for seal products to be used in various harsh environments. From high-temperature, high-pressure steam and acidic gas environments in oil refining processes to plasma processes in the semiconductor industry, the mechanical performance requirements for seal products have increased. The performance of the product is greatly influenced by the component ratios and formulations during compounding. In this case study, the customer aimed to maximize the performance of elastomer seals at high temperatures while maintaining elongation at the break point and minimizing compression set. After a standard three-month trial, the customer experimentally introduced Polymerize. *For details on solving challenges, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us.

[Concern] I want to enhance the tactile feel of embossed printing (processing).

Doesn't fade, hard to erase! The backing paper has slits, allowing for a clean application!

We manufacture high-quality seals and labels. With embossing printing, we can create a tactile feel and customize hardness and height! We use environmentally friendly printing (recycling of waste materials). By incorporating slits into the backing paper, we have reduced the yield for our clients and improved work efficiency. Our products are recommended for temperature-related items such as chillers and heaters, as well as for industrial machinery like ticket vending machines, and for products that require caution, industrial products, corporate logos, and product manuals. Please feel free to contact us when you need assistance. 【Features】 ■ Creation of original designs ■ High light resistance (does not fade, hard to erase) ■ Slits in the backing paper allow for clean application ■ Reduces client yield and improves work efficiency *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Information] 4th Basic Course on Mechanical Seals

"What types of metal materials are there?" Let's explain that question! We'll introduce the roles of the main components.

This document provides information about the 4th Mechanical Seal Beginner Course, addressing the question, "What types of metal materials are there?" The metal materials used in mechanical seals, like sliding materials and secondary sealing materials, are key factors that determine sealing performance. The main metal components include collars, compression rings, springs, drive pins, and drive screws. [Contents] - What are metal materials? - Roles of major components - Required characteristics *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
