The Swiss chuck (formerly Forkart Swiss) compensation chuck OVEKA/KA has been developed for crankshaft machining and has a proven track record. After several years, this chuck has been further improved to accommodate all types of shaft machining. These chucks are designed to apply no force until the workpiece is securely held in the correct position. Thanks to the advanced compensation mechanism, they can evenly grip workpieces that are not perfectly round. Designed compactly, they effectively utilize the distance to the center. Therefore, the compensation chuck OVEKA/KA can be considered the optimal chuck for grinding operations using a center. In an environment where stable machining is required, the Swiss chuck's compensation chuck features a sealed structure to prevent contamination. The hydraulic drive type OVEKA is equipped with a patented lubrication circulation system. When manufacturing high-precision products, high-performance tools are always required. The TCG PRO precision tool grind chuck meets these demands. It guarantees the highest runout accuracy for regrinding end mills, drills, bits, taps, and reamers ranging from φ5mm to 20mm. Inside the TCG PRO, lubrication air purging prevents contamination. This allows sliding components to achieve permanent lubrication, ensuring long life and high quality. Additionally, the clamping blade achieves low wear. The diverse accessories of TCG PRO can be effectively used in both general-purpose and NC applications, accommodating a wide range of scenarios. It is based on two types: the air-driven FTGC and the TGC driven by a pneumatic cylinder.

This is a diaphragm chuck from Swiss Chuck (formerly Forkart Swiss). It adopts a zero-point system to achieve high repeat accuracy of the jaws.

In recent years, grinding machines have required holding devices that can fully utilize the machine's performance and enable efficient production. When it comes to precision chucks, nothing surpasses Swiss chucks worldwide. We have built a foundation of innovative technology in collaboration with renowned machine manufacturers. As a result, Swiss chuck products offer the highest level of precision, providing reliability and flexibility for applications. The air-driven diaphragm chuck 6VMCHP guarantees a repeatability precision of less than 2μm. During gripping, the retracting function ensures a firm contact with the end stop, allowing for precise machining under strict accuracy. It is also possible to perform coolant or air blow through the through-hole, and seating confirmation is available. The pneumatic rotary tube can be directly screwed into the chuck through the spindle interior.

The Swiss Chuck power chuck allows for quick change of jaws using spherical positioning pins. There is no need for regrinding even after reattaching the jaws.

The precision power chuck KCHP/VKCHP was developed for cylindrical grinding machines. To achieve long service life, the chuck is designed to be dustproof (sealed), and it is permanently lubricated by internal oil. These features have nearly realized maintenance-free operation. The new precision power chuck KCHP/VKCHP is equipped with functions to prevent unnecessary oil loss and coolant intrusion. KCHP can operate with a hydraulic drawbar and can also be activated by an air cylinder mounted on the spindle side. VKCHP operates through a rotating air tube that passes through the spindle, eliminating the need for an air cylinder. Quick change of jaws with micron-level tolerance has been achieved. All power chucks KCHP/VKCHP allow for quick jaw changes using spherical positioning pins, which means that there is no need for regrinding even after removing the jaws from the chuck.
