Report on the Verification of Inclination and Unevenness of Concrete Floors in Fiber Factories
Visualize the slope and unevenness of the floor surface with laser scanning to reduce the risk of thread entanglement!
In the textile industry, precise installation of equipment is essential to maximize production efficiency. In particular, slight inclines or unevenness in the floor can pose problems in preventing thread tangling. Uneven floors can cause vibrations and misalignments in the equipment, potentially leading to thread entanglement and a decline in product quality. This document is a verification report aimed at confirming the accuracy of concrete floor surfaces, which serve as the reference plane for the installation of equipment such as machine tools. By scanning the concrete floor with Hovermap, mesh data and surface data (in CAD format) are generated from point cloud data. This data will be useful as foundational information for confirming accuracy and improving construction efficiency during future equipment installations and renovations. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Installation of spinning machines and weaving machines - Accuracy verification during floor renovations - Optimization of thread supply routes 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Accurately grasp the condition of the floor and reduce the risk of thread tangling - Contribute to stable operation of equipment and improve production efficiency - Enhance quality control and reduce the rate of defective products
