[Case Study] Multiplexer System "D5700" Series

We would like to introduce a case study that utilizes the HART multiplexer system "D5700" series for the purpose of controlling HART communication for multiple devices collectively. Connecting to HART-compatible devices one by one is not easy and has been associated with significant effort and costs. By aggregating HART communication from multiple instruments through a multiplexer, wiring has been simplified. Compared to traditional HART interfaces, a significantly simpler system has been achieved, reducing the number of modules while increasing the communication speed to 115,200 bps. 【Case Overview】 ■ Issue: Connecting to HART-compatible devices one by one is not easy and incurs effort and costs. ■ Reason for Adoption: Aggregating HART communication from multiple instruments through a multiplexer simplifies wiring. ■ Solution: Achieved a significantly simpler system and improved communication speed to 115,200 bps. ■ Result: Capable of expanding to a maximum of 256 devices per system. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
