We would like to introduce the "Nano-Crystalline Alloy Material" from Changde Foresee New Materials Co., Ltd., which we handle. The manufacturing process involves weighing → vacuum melting → pouring and rapid cooling (Melt Spinning method) → thin strip winding → slitting and core winding → heat treatment (nano-crystallization treatment) → property testing. The nano-crystalline alloy core can achieve high Bs and high impedance, allowing for more than 30% miniaturization compared to the use of ferrite cores.
