Our "Integration Proposal Service" achieves both cost reduction and assembly labor reduction through the integration of multiple components (lamination, bonding, simultaneous punching). We present designs based on mass production considerations that take into account material properties, processing sequences, and positioning accuracy, thereby comprehensively improving QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery). By optimizing the processing sequence, we can punch composite materials together, reducing the number of parts and assembly labor. We also design pre-positioning jigs according to tolerance requirements.
