Introducing Jumbo Puncher in a video

It is possible to cut through a cast iron dam (Φ28) in one go!

We have developed a large air puncher. It has the power to cut through thick barriers (Φ28) in one go, even when multiple operations are required, contributing to more efficient work by reducing the number of processes. Currently, we are showcasing a demonstration video on YouTube! (For more details, please see below) Our company manufactures products ranging from full custom orders to custom orders, leveraging the convenience of a processing shop based on customer requests. If you have any ideas or challenges, please feel free to consult with us. We will work together with our customers to brainstorm, refine, and develop solutions that can be of assistance.

[Video Introduction] Collaborative Robots × Vibration Tools: Aluminum Trimming Work

We attached a vibrating tool to the collaborative robot and performed aluminum trimming work! *Video available

In general, collaborative robots tend to stop due to slight vibrations, so it has been considered impossible to attach tools that operate while vibrating. Our company has significantly changed this "common sense" by realizing the combination of <collaborative robots × vibrating tools>. Specifically, we have attached an air hammer, which is powered by air, to a collaborative robot to remove excess parts from aluminum components. Currently, we are sharing work videos on YouTube! Please check the details below. Our company manufactures products from full orders to custom orders based on customer requests, utilizing the convenience of a processing shop. If you have any ideas like "I want to do this" or "I want to do that," please feel free to consult with us. We will continue to develop our solutions by brainstorming and collaborating with our customers to be of assistance in any way we can.

[Video Introduction] How to Use an Air Hammer Underwater?

Air leaks and bubbles make it impossible to use air hammers underwater... If you have such concerns, this is a must-see! We are currently releasing underwater experiment videos for each air product.

When using an air hammer underwater, visibility becomes poor due to "bubbles" caused by air leaks, making work very difficult. To address this issue, Apuyan developed a unique "outer coat" that prevents bubbles from escaping, allowing work to be done underwater. How was this development possible? In this video, we filmed underwater experiments using general air chippers and pistol-type air hammers. By physically engaging in hands-on work and going through trial and error, we gain new ideas and hints for development. If you have any requests or challenges, please feel free to consult with us. We will continue to develop solutions by brainstorming and collaborating with our customers to be of assistance in any way we can. *For more details, please download our company brochure or feel free to contact us.

One Shot Puncher Series

A one-shot puncher that reduces noise by about 20% compared to conventional models! For noise control!

The single-shot air hammer "One Shot Puncher" was developed because continuous hammering hammers generated overlapping sounds and produced noise levels exceeding 110 dB, posing a risk of hearing impairment. Additionally, even when a cloth was used to cushion the chisel, the torque cross was significant. Thus, the single-shot air hammer "One Shot Puncher" was conceived. The sound level ranges from 84 decibels to 87 decibels during dry firing. Since the sounds do not overlap, it is relatively quiet. A 10φ dowel pin can also be driven in at 0.55 mega pascals. The number of strikes can be selected based on the length and depth of the drive. Furthermore, during trimming of aluminum castings, it is significantly quieter compared to continuous hammering hammers. It can also be mounted on a robotic arm. *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us directly.
