At the wood biomass-related facility, we resolved the bridging issue occurring at the top of the discharge screw feeder of the wood powder silo by introducing aeration and vibration bridge breakers as proposed by our company. It seems that the customer frequently experienced bridging since the initial installation of the equipment, and only the amount necessary for discharge was fed in to minimize the occurrence of bridging. However, even so, bridging phenomena occurred with a certain frequency, and when it got clogged, it was addressed by poking it from above with a stick. The incineration ash is said to form a rat hole shape in the dust collector hopper, so we would like to introduce a case where our bridge breaker "Brodisk" was adopted as a countermeasure. The arrangement of the Brodisk consists of three units on one side, with a total of 11 units installed, as only one of the four sides has an LS.
