This time, we are discussing the design and manufacturing request for a chamfering tool using a completed bite. The number of processing requests is five, and the selection of materials was handled by our company. We carried out the entire production process from material procurement to surface treatment, achieving an efficient process.
First, we discussed the shape of the workpiece and the parts to be chamfered with the client, and utilizing the know-how we have cultivated over many years in tool manufacturing, we designed the chamfering tool. After several meetings with the client, we successfully completed the production of the chamfering tool.
