Nitto Kousakusho Co., Ltd. (Osaka) is a comprehensive manufacturing company that supports manufacturing through "jig expertise × precision machining." We will introduce the concept of "jigs," which is the foundation of our company, in several installments. When our representative, Saraya, speaks at lectures and technical seminars about machining, jigs and dedicated machines, and rotary engine (RE) development, he always touches on "jigs." This concept has been passed down since the time of our founder, Isamu Saraya, and is the origin of our machining practices. Our particular strength lies in jigs for machining. The know-how in jig design and manufacturing that we have cultivated over many years in the field is applied to precision machining, the design and manufacturing of dedicated machines, and even RE development. We define jigs as "auxiliary tools that fix the workpiece in the correct position during processing or assembly and guide the work." Based on this concept, we have focused on the impact of jig innovations on machining accuracy and work efficiency in our manufacturing efforts.
