Safety testing of pharmaceuticals: "Local Irritation Test"
Support for toxicity testing from the screening stage to entering clinical trials!
Inari Research supports toxicity testing from the screening stage until entering clinical trials (clinical studies). We conduct a wide range of tests based on our extensive testing experience and accumulated background data using standard test species such as mice, rats, rabbits, dogs, and monkeys. Tests are conducted at a GLP-compliant facility that has obtained certification from AAALAC International (Association for Assessment and Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care International). A series of non-clinical test sets, including genotoxicity tests and safety pharmacology tests necessary to enter clinical trials (Phase I), can be completed with the final report prepared within six months. 【Local Irritation Tests】 ■Animal species: Mice, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters ■Application sites: Skin, ocular mucosa, blood vessels, muscles, nasal mucosa, oral mucosa, rectal mucosa, knee joint cavity, etc. 【Other Tests】 ■Ocular irritation test during contact lens wear (rabbits) ■Phototoxicity test (mice, guinea pigs) ■In vitro hemolysis test (blood from rabbits, dogs, humans, etc.) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
