Electric Nut Runner [Yamazen TFS]

We visualize issues such as forgotten screw tightening or loose screws on-site! By visualizing the tightening flow, we solve your screw tightening problems!

We would like to introduce the "Electric Nut Runner" manufactured by Atlas Copco, which we handle. It consists of three components: the "Electric Nut Runner main unit," which is the tool that actually tightens the screws; the "Controller," which issues instructions such as torque and rotation angle; and the "Computer," which is used for setting screw tightening operations and analyzing work. The Controller retrieves information about the screw tightening conditions from the computer and operates the Electric Nut Runner main unit to perform the tightening. 【For concerns like these】 ■ Forgetting to tighten screws on-site ■ Loosening of screws at customer sites ■ Damage to parts on-site *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
