We would like to introduce a case study of our "Micro Nut Runner" being implemented in the electrical industry. Before the implementation, tightening was done using electric screwdrivers, which led to issues such as angled tightening and double tightening, resulting in defective products being released. Improving tightening quality was a challenge. This product is equipped with functions for torque and angle management that can detect errors. By detecting angled tightening and double tightening as non-conforming based on set values, the release of defective products has been eliminated.
