Electrogalvanizing (Hexavalent Chromium)
Excellent corrosion resistance! Equipped with high corrosion resistance, the hexavalent chrome (colored) treatment can accommodate complex shapes.
"Electrogalvanizing" is a technique that forms a zinc coating on the surface of steel materials by immersing them in a zinc solution and passing an electric current through it. Unlike hot-dip galvanizing, it does not involve high temperatures, preventing distortion of the product, and the threaded parts can be used as is. Even if fine scratches occur, the "sacrificial corrosion protection" effect protects the iron material from rust, and since zinc itself is prone to rusting, post-treatment such as hexavalent chromate is performed. [Features] ■ Treatment with hexavalent chromate (colored) that has high corrosion resistance ■ Protects iron from rust even if scratched due to sacrificial corrosion protection ■ Capable of accommodating complex shapes ■ Specializes in plating the inner surfaces of box-shaped products ■ Can also apply plating to the inner diameter of pipes *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
