Fluororesin and fluorine coatings can be easily applied using dipping, spray guns, or brushes.
* Coating can be easily applied using dipping, spray guns, brushes, etc. After coating, it dries at room temperature, forming a flexible fluororesin film that is resistant to thermal shock and other stresses.
* The coating film has moisture-proof, waterproof, water-repellent, oil-repellent, and insulating properties, providing strong protection for printed circuit boards and electronic components from moisture, and effectively preventing the migration of metal ions.
* It is resistant to acids and corrosive gases, protecting printed circuit boards from acidic corrosive substances such as the electrolyte in lithium batteries.
* The non-flammable solvents used are non-flammable and have low toxicity, ensuring a good workplace environment. There are no regulations such as the Fire Service Act, Labor Safety and Health Act, or PRTR Act, and it does not damage materials such as metals and plastics.
* Various film thicknesses can be accommodated (approximately 1-50 microns). Additionally, there are options for colored specifications or fluorescent dyes for application recognition.
