The newly designed Zarkon Glide Ring D, made with specially developed materials, demonstrates outstanding durability for hydraulic equipment applications in vehicles without causing blow-by under high pressure. The Zarkon Glide Ring D is specifically designed for hydraulic seal applications, which have increasingly advanced to higher pressures in recent years. Machines, equipment, and motors equipped with hydraulic cylinders are progressing towards higher output, necessitating cylinders to withstand greater pressures and temperatures. The new design features an oil reservoir, dual sealing surfaces, a rounded seal shape, and an elastomer O-ring, enhancing sealing performance while preventing blow-by. As pressure increases, the O-ring and the seal body transmit pressure along the sealing surface, providing stable sealing performance under all pressure conditions. Furthermore, as pressure rises, the contact pressure against the opposing surface increases, maintaining excellent sealing capability.
