Are you struggling with insoluble substances? We will solve it with shear force from fluid friction!!

Attention researchers aiming for the uniformity and stabilization of insoluble substances and coarse particles! Anyone can easily prototype nanoparticles! *Demo machines available for loan and free test trials currently underway.

For researchers and developers involved in nanotechnology, the uniformity and stabilization of insoluble substances and particles is one of the challenges. When substances are reduced to the molecular level, their properties change. This change in properties holds the potential to realize what was once deemed "an extremely difficult task." In the near future, technologies that were once the realm of science fiction, such as AI, blockchain, IoT, cloud computing, 5G, autonomous driving, and 3D printing, are becoming a reality. Innovation is accelerating across all fields, including electronic components, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, new materials, and chemical products. At the same time, there is growing attention on achieving a "sustainable" society through clean energy and carbon neutrality. Behind this innovation lies the wisdom passed down from predecessors and the tireless efforts of researchers and developers currently striving for progress. The Systemizer Mini serves as an assistant for researchers and developers in their immense trial and error process. *For more details, please refer to the catalog.*

Media-less wet high-pressure atomization device systemizer series (mass production machine)

A must-see for researchers aiming for uniformity and stabilization of insoluble substances and coarse particles! Mass production of fine particles using a micronization energy of up to 250 MPa!

For researchers and developers involved in nanotechnology, the uniformity and stabilization of poorly soluble substances and particles is one of the challenges. When reduced to the molecular level, the properties of substances change. ● Features We perform micronization (emulsification, dispersion, grinding, and deagglomeration) using our unique FFS (Fluid Friction System) technology, which utilizes "shear force from fluid friction." This method minimizes cavitation (cavities and boiling phenomena) caused by rapid pressure drop immediately after nozzle passage, contributing to particle uniformity and stabilization for prototypes and new products. Additionally, the Systemizer Mini (demo unit) and Systemizer (mass production unit) share the main components and structure, allowing for stress-free mass production of prototypes and new products developed with the mini unit. 1. Commonization of main components and structure. Processing flow rate: capable of handling from 400 ml/min to 6000 ml/min. 2. Micronization processing according to the number of passes, resulting in less energy loss and improved productivity. 3. All models in the Systemizer series control a maximum pressure of 250 MPa. *For more details, please refer to the catalog.
