The adhesive melter RobaPUR 2 MOD is an ideal hot melt applicator for melting and pumping reactive hot melt. It prevents the adhesive from melting more than necessary, thereby preventing reactions and degradation of the adhesive.

The RobaPUR 20 MOD is a hot melt applicator designed for the careful melting of PUR hot melt. Thanks to melt-on-demand technology, the adhesive is melted as needed. The melting grill is cooled by a water cooling mechanism, preventing excessive melting and minimizing the degradation of PUR adhesive due to heat. Additionally, a sealed and enclosed system keeps the adhesive in good condition, preventing hardening due to moisture in the tank and the release of harmful vapors with minimal changes in viscosity.

This is a hot melt applicator for moisture-curing types. It is a compact type that is ideal for using PUR and POR adhesives.
We have manufactured a compact type PUR melter based on requests from our users. To ensure stable use of PUR, which is a moisture-curing hot melt, regular maintenance is important. Therefore, we designed the hopper with a shape that has no irregularities to facilitate easy maintenance. Additionally, we simplified the flow path of the hot melt as much as possible. We have also ensured sufficient melting capacity, and we have received high praise from our users. If there are any other requests, we have the know-how to manufacture medium and large PUR melters, and we will produce them according to the necessary supply pump and temperature control channel requirements.
We have manufactured a 20L applicator based on the customer's request. We were able to finish it with a design that takes into account the installation site and usability.
This is a 20L tank applicator designed with maintenance in mind. It has been finished in a calm color scheme based on customer requests. By reducing the number of PUR supply cycles and the opening and closing cycles of the feed lid, we can suppress the reaction of the adhesive. Additionally, the hopper is designed as a cylindrical shape with internal coating processing, making it easy to clean the inside of the hopper, and it is a specialized applicator for PUR that simplifies the adhesive flow path to the utmost limit. Depending on the specifications, it can also accommodate two pumps. The electrical control uses domestically available components, allowing for clear and rapid response even in the event of trouble.
