Enhance the cushioning of cardboard with foam melt to protect the products.
In the cardboard industry, proper selection of cushioning materials is required to protect products during transportation. In particular, the performance of cushioning materials is crucial for protecting products from shocks and vibrations. Insufficient cushioning can lead to product damage or breakage. Foam melt can enhance cushioning by mixing nitrogen gas into hot melt and foaming it. 【Usage Scenarios】 * Filling gaps inside cardboard boxes * Shock absorption for products * Reducing packaging material costs 【Effects of Implementation】 * Reducing the risk of product damage * Decreasing the amount of packaging materials used * Lowering transportation costs
