[RPA Case] System Usage Status Management Task

By automating the management of multiple systems' usage, we can reduce the burden on the responsible personnel!

We would like to introduce a case of automating system usage status management tasks with RPA. The inventory task for usage status from multiple systems took a lot of time, and since authentication was required for system usage, only administrators could perform the tasks. Therefore, we implemented information retrieval from the system (WEB) and created a summary document. As a result, input errors were reduced, and standardization was achieved, allowing anyone to handle the tasks.
