"Heat accumulation detection" Mold surface temperature sensing 'Thermo Monitoring'
Real-time detection of heat buildup occurring in molds and molded products during mass production. In addition to wireless, a wired version is also being released! This will help avoid interference from multiple wireless signals.
KMC's "Thermo Monitoring" is a product that senses the temperature of mold surfaces using an infrared thermal camera during mold opening and before and after the application of release agents for various molds such as die-cast and resin. It supports manual shooting, but by utilizing equipment signals, automatic shooting becomes possible, allowing for the automatic detection of heat accumulation that can cause defects during mass production. The acquired data is displayed in thermography format on a PC. If the set threshold is exceeded, it supports alert notifications. Its compact size enables easy installation. The newly released wired version avoids interference from multiple wireless signals and improves measurement stability. The wireless version supports Wi-Fi, while the wired version is compatible with PoE, allowing power supply via LAN cable! 【Features】 ■ Up to 12 arbitrary area settings with adjustable emissivity/temperature threshold for each area ■ Temperature gradient display along the set cross-section ■ Air purge function to prevent dust accumulation and intrusion in the camera section, with protective glass included ■ Resolution of 160×120 pixels ■ Automatically follows mold (part number) switching ■ CSV output *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
