Microreactor "ULREA Series"

It is possible to change the shape of particles and react at temperatures higher than the boiling point. There is no concern about flow path blockage. We are currently presenting examples of iron oxide nanoparticle synthesis.

The "ULREA Series" is a microreactor that can continuously synthesize nanoparticles such as metals and organic pigments. By using a unique method that employs a gap of 1 to 30 μm between two disks as the reaction field, it contributes to shortening reaction times and improving yields, while also solving the problem of flow path blockage. By controlling the pH during the reaction, it is possible to change the particle shape, and the pressure control in the reaction area allows for reactions to be conducted at temperatures higher than the boiling point. 【Features】 ■ Easily produces fine particles of metals, alloys, oxides, composite oxides, organic pigments, pharmaceuticals (active ingredients and intermediates), core-shell structures, and more. ■ Excellent self-discharging properties, eliminating concerns about blockage due to the generation of products or bubbles. ■ Available in three models: standard, tabletop, and mass production equipment. ★ In addition to the catalog, we are currently offering materials that introduce examples of fine particle synthesis of iron oxide.
