Honda Motor Co., Ltd., which was founded in 1948, is celebrating its 75th anniversary in 2023. At the Suzuka Plant, which is responsible for the production of mini vehicles, the company handles everything from the development of new models to mass production in a seamless manner. As part of the production technology division at the Suzuka Plant, the Mold Production Department's Mold Mass Production Technology Section introduced AutoForm products in 2020 and has been working to improve prediction accuracy. As a result, over the past three years, they have achieved various outcomes, including reduced time for bead setting and shortened time for wrinkle countermeasure planning.
