Infineon Technologies' "TRENCHSTOP IGBT7" adopts a new structure with "micro-pattern trench" technology, significantly reducing losses and achieving a high level of controllability. The chip is specialized for industrial drive applications, enabling a substantial reduction in static losses, high power density, and softer switching.
