Overwhelming Swiss KELLER quality that leaves no room for others to follow.

Unmatched Swiss KELLER quality that leaves no room for others to follow.

The pressure sensors produced by KELLER in Switzerland are the original products invented over 50 years ago by founder Hannes W. Keller. Each package bears our quality seal, proving that all delivered products are within the specified accuracy class. KELLER symbolizes high-precision measurement technology. In 1966, Hannes W. Keller (commonly known as HWK) was working at the Honeywell Research Center in Minneapolis, USA. There, he invented the integrated silicon measuring cell, a high-precision measuring element manufactured using semiconductor technology, in collaboration with A.R. Gias. This silicon measuring cell was already incorporated into Honeywell's process transmitters and introduced to the American market in 1971. HWK brought this young invention back to Switzerland, developed the first high-precision static pressure transducer, and has been manufacturing it at the headquarters in Winterthur, Switzerland, since 1974. On July 25, 1978, HWK's invention was officially patented (U.S. Patent No. 4103273). The patent number is also embedded in the quality seal. For more details about KELLER quality, please refer to the related links below!

Keller IO-Link Output Pressure Sensor Series 21Zio

IO-Link interface pressure sensor, can also be used as a pressure switch.

The 21Zio series pressure transmitters, equipped with an IO-Link interface, can also be used as pressure switches. The IO-Link interface, compliant with IEC 61131-9, allows the 21Zio to be seamlessly integrated into intelligent automation systems. Switching functions and other parameters can be called and reconfigured via IO-Link, enabling rapid commissioning and flexible adaptation to specific requirements. This minimizes machine downtime and reduces workload. The pressure connection is made of stainless steel with a fully welded structure and no internal seals, ensuring that the 21Zio series delivers the highest durability and reliability even in harsh environments. It is the ideal solution for modern automation applications that require high precision, flexibility, and durability.

AP2 Series

We support various pressure ranges. The AP2 series features analog output and DIP terminals.

The AP2 series consists of a silicon piezo-resistive pressure sensor and a signal processing IC. The weak signals from the pressure sensor chip are amplified and temperature compensated by the signal processing IC, converting them into an analog output proportional to the pressure. The type of pressure that can be measured is gauge pressure. 【Features】 ■ Amplified and temperature-compensated analog output ■ Overall accuracy ±1.5 %FS ■ Compatible with supply voltages of 3.0, 3.3, and 5.0 Vdc ■ Low power consumption Max 2 mA @ 3.3 Vdc ■ Wide operating temperature -40 to 125℃ ■ Wide temperature compensation range 0 to 85℃ ■ Pin configuration and shape compatible with the integrated sensor XFPM series ■ Custom specifications available *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

AP3 Series

We support various pressure ranges. The AP3 series features analog output and DIP terminals.

The AP3 series consists of silicon piezo-resistive pressure sensors and signal processing ICs. The weak signals from the pressure sensor chip are amplified and temperature compensated by the signal processing IC, converting them into an analog output proportional to the pressure. The AP3 series is designed to minimize output noise without using A/D and D/A converters. It also features a pressure switch function with any input voltage as a threshold. The type of pressure that can be measured is gauge pressure. 【Features】 ■ Amplified and temperature compensated analog output ■ Non-digital correction ■ Pressure switch function included ■ Overall accuracy ±1.5 %FS ■ Compatible with supply voltages of 3.0, 3.3, and 5.0 Vdc ■ Power consumption Max 6 mA @ 5.0 Vdc ■ Operating temperature -40 to 105℃ ■ Temperature compensation range 0 to 60℃ ■ Compatible with the terminal arrangement and shape of the integrated sensor XFPM series ■ Custom specifications available *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
