[DXMini Use Case] Achieving Visualization of Production Challenges

We would like to introduce a case study of the business improvement service 'DXMini' utilized in the manufacturing industry, which faced challenges such as the lack of data on production plans and actual results, making it difficult to identify issues. After implementation, recording data became easier with the start/stop button and work time input via barcode scanning, leading to improved operational efficiency. The accumulated data was linked to BI tools, allowing for the analysis of discrepancies between plans and actual results, as well as the number and reasons for defective products, successfully visualizing production challenges.
