Long sintered metal filter up to 1,500mm in length.
This is a long sintered metal filter with a maximum outer diameter of φ30 and a maximum length of 1,500mm. Although it is manufactured overseas, it is formed as a single piece, so no welding is applied. Therefore, there is no clogging due to welding, preventing any losses. We adopt a fully custom production system, allowing for flexible design of fittings. The standard materials are SUS304, SUS316L, nickel alloy, and titanium. We can accommodate quantities from a single prototype to mass production in the thousands.
It is suitable for various beverage and food industries. It is used in sprayers, filtration, and fluidizers.
