[FA Site Improvement Case] Visualizing the Water Volume of Wastewater Treatment as Part of Efficiency Improvement
"Visualization of Analog Data" Cutting unnecessary work through the visualization of water storage levels.
We will introduce a case study of improvements in FA (Factory Automation) sites proposed by Patlite. In a manufacturing factory facing the challenge of not knowing which drainage tank has exceeded its water level unless it checks each time when a large rotating light signals that a certain drainage volume has been reached, we proposed visualizing the water storage levels using the layered information display light "LA6 model." It became immediately clear which drainage tank was over the water storage limit, and with the elapsed time also visualized, it became possible to respond according to the urgency of the situation. 【Case Study】 ■ Current Situation - It is unclear which drainage tank has exceeded its water level without checking. - The inability to know the elapsed time since exceeding the water level makes it difficult to assess urgency. ■ Implementation Effects - It is immediately clear which drainage tank has exceeded its water storage limit. - Visualization of elapsed time allows for responses based on urgency. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. https://www.patlite.co.jp/ ↓↓↓ Official Online Shop ↓↓↓
