[Example] Open-type pressure vessel with magnetic stirrer and dedicated cart.

The magnetic stirrer is seal-less and insulated from the outside air! It is equipped with small casters for anti-tipping.

We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a custom pressure vessel at the request of a chemical fiber manufacturer. This is a jacketed stirring vessel with a cart that allows for the introduction of chemicals without exposure to the outside air. After stirring and degassing under reduced pressure, the chemicals are pumped from the bottom of the tank. The cart designed specifically for in-factory equipment has narrow caster widths, and small casters are added for rollover prevention. 【Case Overview】 - Chemicals are introduced without exposure to the outside air, stirred, and after degassing under reduced pressure, the chemicals are pumped from the bottom of the tank. - The chemicals after stirring and degassing are transported to the manufacturing equipment using the cart, and the chemicals are pumped. - The cart designed specifically for in-factory equipment has narrow caster widths, and small casters are added for rollover prevention. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

【Examples of Stirring Temperature Control Unit】 Adopted for small-batch production of various solutions.

The stirring method can be changed according to the variety! Tanks with a smaller capacity than the existing ones can be manufactured!

We would like to introduce a case where a stainless steel stirring and temperature control unit was adopted for the small-batch production of various solutions in the chemical industry. The customer was experiencing an increase in small-scale contract production projects, but their existing large production line could not accommodate these demands. In response, we manufactured a tank with a smaller capacity than the existing one. We supported two different installation methods for the stirrer, allowing for changes in stirring methods according to the type of solution. Additionally, we applied a fluororesin coating to prevent high-viscosity liquids from sticking. [Case Overview] ■ Customer Challenges - Want to accommodate small-batch production of various types - Unable to meet demands with the existing large production line ■ Solution - Manufactured a tank with a smaller capacity than the existing one - Supported two installation methods for the stirrer to allow changes in stirring methods according to the type of solution *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

【Examples of Stirring Temperature Control Unit】 Adopted for the production of binder liquid.

The mixer and immersion heater can be installed in the container at the same time! You can stir while heating.

We would like to introduce a case where a stainless steel stirring and temperature control unit was adopted for the production of binder liquids in the chemical industry. To shorten the dissolution time, a submersible heater that can directly heat the liquid instead of using a jacket was employed. The lid features notches for the stirrer, an opening and closing section for the insertion of the submersible heater, an opening and closing section for material addition and internal inspection, and processing for a helix. 【Case Overview】 ■ Dimensions: Inner diameter of container φ565mm × Height H1095mm (excluding stirrer base) ■ Material: SUS304 ■ Capacity: 150L *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Explanatory Material] Container Manufacturer Explains! Temperature Control Methods for Stainless Steel Containers

We will introduce methods for heating or cooling the contents placed in storage tanks, mixing tanks, and blending tanks!

Stainless steel containers are often used in temperature control processes due to their high thermal insulation (low thermal conductivity). In this PDF document, our company, a manufacturer of stainless steel containers, will introduce the temperature control methods for stainless steel containers categorized by features.

[Explanatory Material] What is the "Method of Addition" to Suppress Foaming?

I conducted an experiment on the method of adding that suppresses foaming.

Foaming can cause various troubles depending on what is being handled. For example, if the foam does not dissipate, you cannot proceed to the next process, and you may need to insert a defoaming or degassing step, or wait for the foam to dissipate naturally. This hinders work and is inefficient. In other words, even a slight reduction in the amount of foam can lead to improved work efficiency. This document summarizes the experiments conducted on "methods to suppress foaming during input."

[Explanatory Material] What is a "Heat Exchanger" that can efficiently cool fluids in a space-saving manner?

We introduce stainless steel tanks essential for craft beer brewing and space-saving heat exchangers.

Our company manufactures and sells tanks for craft beer. Depending on the manufacturing process, we offer three types of tanks for boiling, mashing, and fermentation. To make it easier for those who are considering starting a craft beer business to introduce equipment, we also propose and sell other related devices as a package. One of these is the "heat exchanger." A heat exchanger is a device that transfers (exchanges) thermal energy from a fluid at a higher temperature to a fluid at a lower temperature, similar to an air conditioner or radiator. Recently, we visited "Nihasan Seisakusho Co., Ltd.," which holds the top share in the domestic market for plate heat exchangers and whose products we also handle. This document will explain the basics of the heat exchangers introduced during our visit and our craft beer tanks.

[Example] Helur-style pressure vessel with mixer and lifter

Mixing raw materials for the formulation while cooling! Introducing a custom case of a stainless steel pressure vessel.

We would like to introduce a case where we custom-made a "Heller-type pressure vessel with mixer and lifter" and delivered it to a pharmaceutical manufacturer. We adopted a magnetic stirrer (mixer) that allows for mixing under pressure (in a sealed environment). The container is equipped with brackets and casters, allowing for movement with the lifter and the casters. 【Features】 ■ Adoption of a magnetic stirrer (mixer) ■ Mixing while cooling the contents with a cooling coil ■ Brackets are attached to the lid ■ A tank bottom valve is used to ensure smooth discharge of contents without residue ■ When checking the condition inside the container, a viewing window and flashlight are used *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. *Other cases can be viewed from the "PDF Download" section.

Easy liquid transfer after mixing! Container with mixer base, tapered type [KTTK]

【New Product!】Stainless steel container that can be attached to a mixer! Discharge can be done smoothly!

We have added a base for installing a stirrer to our stainless steel tank [KTT]. A clamp-type portable stirrer is attached to the base for use. The bottom surface has a slope towards the discharge outlet, allowing for smooth discharge of contents. Since the discharge outlet is located on the side of the container, piping can be arranged more compactly, and it is also possible to connect a pump for liquid transfer. A fixed base is included to prevent the container from tipping over. It features a split lid suitable for checking the contents and adding raw materials. The stirrer can be easily removed by taking off the lid. We also have the [KTTK-J] model with a jacket for heating and cooling. Specifications can be modified according to your needs.
