Recycling Plastic Physical Regeneration Technology Using Resin Accumulation from Extruders

The decline in mechanical strength is a challenge with recycled plastics. The reduction of tie molecules and excessive shear during re-melting and molding are significant causes. Through joint research with Fukuoka University, we have established a physical regeneration technology that utilizes the self-regeneration capability of the resin by providing a resin reservoir at the tip of the extruder.
