[Case Study] Achieving Improved Exterior Appearance in the Factory
The protection of electrical wires also helps improve the aesthetics within the factory! Case study on the introduction of non-halogen flame-retardant PP ducts.
We are primarily engaged in the design and manufacturing of labor-saving devices centered around production equipment for major manufacturers, and we also undertake modifications and rearrangements of equipment. We have been selected by Company H to use non-halogen flame-retardant PP ducts for the protection of cables wired within their factory. Initially, they were using PVC (gray) wiring ducts, but there was a request from the user for a less conspicuous color for cable protection. Our ducts are ivory-colored, which is close to the color scheme of the factory, leading to their adoption. While the ducts provide protection for electrical wires, they have also been evaluated positively for contributing to the improvement of the factory's appearance. [Overview] ■ Issues - They want to use ducts for cable protection in the factory, but gray is too conspicuous. - Other manufacturers only offer large ducts for accommodating small amounts of electrical wires. - Large ducts are costly and cumbersome to process (time-consuming). ■ Requests - They requested ducts in a color close to that of the factory or a color that conveys cleanliness. - A wide variety of sizes and ease of processing are desired. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
