Why does warm water work for degreasing and cleaning gaskets?
Technical explanation of the mechanism and benefits of ultrasonic cleaning with a heating heater!
In the piping connections of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, high-purity chemical lines, oxygen, hydrogen, and ultra-pure water lines, as well as high vacuum equipment, the requirements for "cleanliness" regarding gaskets and seals are at an extremely high level. Residual machining oils, greases, and release agents on surfaces and cutting edges during the manufacturing and punching processes of sealing materials are direct causes of contamination of process fluids and fire risks. To accurately prevent such oil contamination, Daiko Co., Ltd., a specialized manufacturer of industrial sealing materials and insulating materials, has introduced a high-precision "ultrasonic cleaner with heating elements" as part of its own facilities, establishing a precise degreasing cleaning system. By combining ultrasonic cleaning with simply room temperature water and "hot water management using heating elements" that allows for appropriate temperature control, the cleaning effect is enhanced and achieved more reliably. This article explains the technical mechanism of ultrasonic degreasing cleaning using hot water and its benefits. *For detailed content of the column, please refer to the related link.
