Verification of traces of AI generation and editing using image forensic analysis.

We will verify whether the image was created by AI or edited/processed after being taken by combining multiple image analysis techniques and AI judgment technologies.

Features Multifaceted verification of AI-generated image possibilities Utilizing multiple AI image judgment technologies, we evaluate the likelihood that the target image was created by generative AI. Rather than relying on a single judgment result, we comprehensively verify the possibility of AI generation by correlating the judgment results of each technology and the characteristics of the image. Visualization of areas suspected of image editing or manipulation We analyze the noise distribution, compression characteristics, frequency components, etc., within the image to detect regions that differ from their surroundings. Additionally, we investigate metadata, generation history, and the structure of the image file to multifacetedly verify traces of editing or manipulation. Suspicious areas are visualized using heat maps, making it easier to organize features that are difficult to assess visually. Provision of technical documentation for assessing image reliability We organize analysis methods, various judgment results, and detected features into an analysis report. This can be used as a basis for evaluating the reliability of the image, as well as for internal investigations, quality control, and explanatory materials for stakeholders. Furthermore, we can accommodate shooting reproductions using actual objects or additional technical investigations as needed.
