Power Man
BS5609 compliant on-demand ultra-weather-resistant material "Powerman"
The BS5609 standard is a strict guideline established to ensure the labeling of hazardous materials in the event of marine accidents, such as when drums are released into the sea. It comprehensively defines the durability of labels, including resistance to peeling, printing, and abrasion. PowerMan meets this standard. The base material of "PowerMan" is a synthetic paper made from olefin and silica. By combining the opposing properties of hydrophobic and hydrophilic materials, unique characteristics have emerged. The material contains numerous tiny spaces, allowing ink and adhesive to penetrate the porous structure, resulting in an unparalleled adhesion of ink and adhesive through both chemical bonding and physical fixation.
