In tests where the sample is immersed in liquid nitrogen for 30 seconds and then left at room temperature for 30 minutes, repeated 10 times, the adhesive strength is maintained at approximately 70% or more. This is proposed as a bonding method for electronic components used in ultra-low temperature environments. ONE-HAND MIXING is a product that can automatically mix and dispense a two-component conductive epoxy adhesive with silver filler using a dedicated cartridge and mixer nozzle. - No weighing or mixing work is required, which suppresses variations in the mixing ratio by the operator. - It cures at room temperature, making it suitable for conductive connections around heat-sensitive resin parts, FPCs, LEDs, and sensors. - Conductive adhesion is possible for materials that are difficult to solder, such as glass, resin, aluminum, and stainless steel, without using a soldering iron. - It retains flexibility after curing and can be used for repairs and connections in areas subject to bending and vibration. * For detailed data, please check the TDS and the special website.
