It can store various file formats such as Word, Excel, PDF, CAD, and images, making it easy to retrieve necessary documents through full-text search, attribute search, and OCR. With permission and group settings, it can be expanded as a company-wide foundation that spans departments. Integration with existing systems may be available as an optional or customized service.
