[Case Study] VE (Value Engineering) Response for Equipment

Transitioned to detailed design, created drawings for components, conducted cost estimation, and achieved a satisfactory outcome!

We would like to introduce a case where our company conducted Value Engineering (VE) for equipment and solved the issues. The customer was looking to reduce costs for a manual rotation system, but there were no cost-reducing components identified by the internal designers. Our company proposed a simpler mechanism that satisfied the functionality while reducing the number of parts, conducted conceptual studies, and implemented Design Reviews (DR).
