This product is a high-functional omega-3 lipid material made from DHA algal oil derived from microalgae, using an enzyme-based positional selective ester exchange technology to highly selectively position DHA at the Sn-2 position. The fatty acid structure is in the natural triglyceride (TG) form, which has characteristics similar to the lipid structure in breast milk. DHA bound at the Sn-2 position is more efficiently utilized during the digestion and absorption process, and it is expected to have higher absorption compared to conventional random structure lipids. This product significantly increases the ratio of Sn-2 DHA, with the Sn-2 ratio reaching over 50% of the total DHA content, making it a high-functional lipid material.
