[Case Study] Usable Here! Teflon Mesh Belt

Teflon mesh belt that can be used here!

There was equipment for transporting toilet paper to customers that manufactures it, using a resin belt (conveyor system) as a transport line to wrap paper around the "core." To add "fragrance" to the "core" as added value for the product, a new "sprayer" was installed to spray that fragrance. The fragrance contains a small amount of oil, which caused the following issues: Issues: - The transport belt (resin belt) generally has joints that are bonded with adhesive, but the oil penetrates that area and causes delamination. - Since several types of fragrance are used, the fragrance previously used remained on the transport belt, resulting in a mixture of new and old fragrances.

Are there any projects that were said to be impossible to process? We solve problems with resin conveyor belts through special processing, such as measures against foreign matter contamination and preventing belt wandering!

Our company handles a large number of belt conveyors. In particular, we have our own factory for lightweight conveying resin belts and can accommodate special processing tailored to on-site needs, allowing us to solve various concerns. We are currently distributing a "Hint Book" that compiles various examples, including ear seal processing as a countermeasure against foreign object contamination, guides to prevent belt wandering, marking processing for placing or identifying conveyed items at equal intervals, and profile processing to prevent the dropping of conveyed items! 【Overview of Contents】 ■ What is a wandering prevention guide? ■ What is crossbar (profile) processing? ■ What is ear seal processing? ■ Tips for using overseas or used equipment ■ Tips for when the belt wanders * The Hint Book can be viewed from the "Download" section below. Please feel free to contact us for inquiries.
