Experienced veteran craftsmen provide individualized support, achieving mass-produced products of world-class quality recognized in the automotive and railway industries. ■ Lot Production with Automatic Cutting Machines We have introduced advanced automatic cutting machines, enabling the lot production of high-quality cut products. Additionally, we have implemented automatic fabric spreading machines, establishing a production system that can accommodate a wide variety of products at low cost. ■ Sewing Process by Skilled Workers Sewing is mostly done by hand even in modern times, and we carry out mass production by highly skilled workers accustomed to producing automotive seat covers, where wrinkles and misalignments are not tolerated at all.
