The structure of the cutting receiving part of the foot is inclined, allowing chips to easily fall into the chip box, making chip collection simple.
This machine is designed for high-speed processing of precision parts, utilizing a combination of cylindrical roller bearings and angular contact ball bearings for the spindle unit. It features a rigid tool holder and a chip removal area at the base that is inclined approximately 45 degrees to facilitate the sliding off of chips. The spindle is equipped with a clutch motor and comes standard with a braking system that can withstand short cycle processing. The control system is built-in with memory, and all outputs are hydraulic. The rapid feed system is incorporated into all axes.
