We would like to introduce a case of developing a high dielectric constant single-layer capacitor. We received requests from customers such as, "We would like you to develop a new single-layer capacitor with ε○○" and "The temperature characteristics should be within the standard of ±○○%." We repeatedly formulated the mixture in small test batches (1-2 kg per batch) until we achieved the desired ε, conducting confirmation tests to discover the optimal values. After receiving approval from the customer based on those results, we conducted reproducibility tests and mass production tests. Since the mass production tests were completed without any issues, we proceeded with mass production and delivered the product. We would like to introduce a case of producing color ceramics. When we requested a competitor to manufacture color ceramic products, they declined, citing concerns that it could cause contamination with other mass-produced items. As a result, we received a request from a customer asking if we could handle it. Using specialized equipment held by our development department, we formulated the raw materials and created prototypes (color matching and other characteristics). After receiving approval from the customer on the prototypes, we established a dedicated manufacturing line using different equipment to prevent contamination with other mass-produced items during the manufacturing process. Using this manufacturing line, we mixed, shaped, and fired the products for delivery. We would like to introduce a case of manufacturing ceramic-shaped products using supplied raw materials. We received a request from a customer asking us to mold and sinter products using their developed raw materials. We conducted tests to select a binder and determine spray conditions using a small amount (1-2 kg) of raw materials, repeatedly testing molding and sintering to establish optimal conditions, and then carried out prototype production. After receiving approval from the customer on the prototype, we proceeded to mass production following a mass production trial.
