The small mechanical stirrer STR-L1000 is a clip-on type mechanical stirrer that can be directly installed on the tapered neck of a flask. It offers higher torque than the ultra-compact type (STR-S300) and can accommodate commercially available stirring rods with a shaft diameter of 8mm. A controller type that displays the rotation speed is also available. Features: 1. Clip-on design allows direct attachment to the tapered neck of a flask (standard 29/42; custom options available) 2. The aluminum cup can be efficiently heated and evaporated in the n-hexane extraction test. Additionally, the evaporated hexane can be recovered and reused. By processing in a closed system using our patented technology, there is no contamination, contributing to accurate analysis. The evaporation and recovery sections are modularized, allowing for greater flexibility in installation locations.

Traditionally, vacuum seals, shafts, and motors were installed individually, leading to the rapid wear of expensive Teflon shafts and seals, and the installation was difficult due to the large and heavy motors. In this product, the integration of the vacuum seal, motor, and shaft allows for one-touch fixing, and commercially available 1m Teflon rods can be cut to the required length for use.

• Stirrer

By evaporating the solvent in a sealed atmospheric pressure system and recovering it through cooling and liquefaction, there is no external release of the solvent. Additionally, unlike conventional methods, it does not intake external air during drying, thus avoiding unnecessary heat consumption.

The organic solvent vapor from the exhaust of the vacuum pump is condensed through low-temperature cooling by a refrigeration unit, and any remaining trace amounts of solvent vapor are captured by activated carbon, thereby minimizing the atmospheric release of the solvent to the greatest extent possible.
