We have developed a drying system that reduces heat consumption and also implements VOC countermeasures.
By evaporating the solvent in a sealed atmospheric pressure system and recovering it through cooling and liquefaction, there is no external release of the solvent. Additionally, unlike conventional methods, it does not intake external air during drying, thus avoiding unnecessary heat consumption.

basic information
Conventional dryers have issues such as heating costs and the release of harmful substances because they release solvents into the atmosphere along with heated gas. Therefore, to reduce heating costs, adjustments to the damper opening are made, and measures such as installing adsorbents on the exhaust side for VOC countermeasures are implemented, which pose challenges in maintenance and management. The device we present this time is our response to those concerns.
